A reputable company based on the outskirts of Maidstone are looking for a temporary Transport Administrator to join their existing team.
This is a three-months assignment with the possibility of an extension.
Duties below:
* Maintain Tranman fleet management data system to ensure up to date information is available at all times.
* Manage the scheduling of vehicle servicing and MOTs / DOTs raising job cards as required.
* Raise job cards using the fleet management system for reported vehicle defects.
* Liaise with internal and external customers to book appointments for the repair, servicing and MOT of vehicles.
* Enter repair details and input invoice costings into the Tranman fleet management system.
* Apply for vehicle road tax using electronic systems ensuring vehicles remain compliant and road legal.
* Update the fuel database system adding and removing new employees i.e. starters / leavers from the system as required.
* Monitor the fuel database system and re-order fuel to replenish stock levels.
* Programme vehicle fuel tags for issue and return.
* Manage fuel tank defects and liaise with external suppliers to rectify faults.
* Reconcile monthly consolidated invoices from external suppliers to ensure accuracy and assist with budget monitoring.
* Maintain insurance database and Dart Charge exemption list.
* Provide admin support to the Fleet department.
* Answer incoming telephone calls.
Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.
Parking on site.
