We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to support the Sales and Marketing Manager of a Manufacturing company in the Sidcup area.

The successful candidate will have a good Technical/Scientific understanding and have worked in a Marketing post previously,

Key Duties

-Maintain and develop the company’s websites, social media, printed literature, product information,

presentations via PowerPoint, press releases and news stories.

-Manage and maintain company websites, in conjunction with the web developer, (the ability to use Content Management System for website administration (Type03, October platform) is required.

-Manage daily and weekly updates on all digital social media that we use; Linked in, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, with relevant and topical insights, and drive leads to our website.

-Manage and develop the companies CRM systems (experience with ACT! & Quotewerks). Create reports and provide sales data analysis reports, edit reports to suit Sales Dept. requirements.

-Develop and optimise the search engine position of our websites and advise our distribution partners how to optimise theirs (experience with SEMrush)

- Develop and run PPC campaigns within spending guidelines (experience with Google AdWords)

- Provide websites performance analysis (experience with Google Analytics)

-Organise, design and creation of adverts in digital and print formats

-Organise, design and creation of artwork for exhibition stands

-Manage and develop all printed promotional literature for Sales Dept and Service Dept, and support the Engineering Dept with content/presentation for operators’ manuals, to ensure consistent identity.

-Develop resources (PowerPoint) for use to present to dealers and use by dealers for product training and promotion, including support of Sales Dept in competitor analysis.

-Develop product technical data sheets, for use with quotations, in literature and on websites, in liaison with Engineering Dept.

-Maintain and update of pricelists and annual re-issue to UK & export dealers

-Ensure all dealers are supported (alongside Sales colleagues) with access to marketing & sales information in digital or printed formats.

-Write content for monthly newsletter to subscribers, both end users and dealer personnel.

-Periodic email campaigns tol newsletter subscribers (experience with Mailchimp).

Maintain the photo/image portfolio for all comms purposes, and liaise with Engineering Dept. to arrange professional photographer when required for new and additional product images

Ability to use Photoshop at basic level for image manipulation

Salary – upto £36k per annum
