My client are seeking a Contracts Manager with a strong background in running multi projects with different clients. You will be an accomplished Contracts Manager from a sub-contracting background ideally with extensive experience in the dry-lining sector. Alternatively we will consider applications from candidates who have worked for a main contractor on volume new residential builds. This role will be fast paced and multi- facing, there will be a strong need to multi task and be fully across all of your projects. You will have a proactive approach to our work and proficient in completing detailed progress reports and confident in presenting them to the directors. You will be working extensively across the dry lining sector.

My client are a progressive contractor who work across London and the South East, specialising in dry lining, painting and decorating and carpentry on both new build and refurbishment projects. Projects fall in the value of £100k up to £2million.
