JOB TITLE: National Education Manager

HOURS: Monday - Friday

YOUR DUTIES WITHIN YOUR ROLE WOULD BE:

* Educate customers about beauty brands, treatments and products
* To become brand ambassador and fluent in all aspects of the treatments and ranges
* To manage the education function and build relationships with clients
* To perform training at the head office in Kent and nationally in training venues and in-salons with customers
* To maintain a detailed product knowledge of the range of face, body and make-up lines and associated treatments and protocols
* To assist with the organisation and operation of launches and special events by communicating and presenting to clients and performing demonstrations
* Work with the team in building brand awareness and developing leads at trade shows and events

WE'D LOVE TO SPEAK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

* NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy or the equivalent
* Prior experience as an Educator / Trainer
* Experience in the professional skin care industry and/or in a luxury spa environment
* This is a national role and requires travel including overnight stays, including Paris, therefore a full clean driving licence is required as well as flexibility to travel
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook
* Strong interpersonal, networking, and sales skills to a wide variety of people
* Strong communication skills, including written training manuals, presenting and public speaking skills
* Fluency in French would be an advantage
