Key responsibilities and tasks:
• Manage the IT systems across the whole of the company in conjunction with an external support company;
PC management; Active Directory and group policy management; Application Management; Firewall, Anti-Virus, Web Blocking; Backup Management; Virtual infrastructure; WIFI Management; Office 365
• Manage multiple external suppliers working on numerous projects and track and follow up on issues
• Testing / reviewing for solutions to ensure that they meet the business requirements
• Monitor staff performance offering support and guidance as required
• Manage requests from staff members from different departments and allocate tasks accordingly
• Provide visual data on the department’s workload and project status
Skills and Experience:
• A good knowledge of all the office applications in particular Excel
• Experience of using Exchequer is desirable
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Management / mentoring experience
• Proven client / service management experience
• Able to work to deadlines
