Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd has the exciting prospect of finding a team of Pet Claims assessor to join a highly successful insurance company in Kings Hill, West Malling.
Within this role you will be trained to become a Pet Claims assessor where you will assess and validate Pet insurance claims, gathering any necessary information required in an efficient and timely manner, updating system records to accurately and clearly reflect the claim journey and keeping the customer informed at all times. Guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the claim and keeping them informed at all times both verbally and in writing so we need candidates who are confident communicators. The client is also known for its excellent customer service levels so this needs to be of high importance to you too.
We are seeking applications from candidate with either experience of working within a Veterinary practice, experience of working with animals, have any animal care qualifications or have come from a Customer service / contact centre environment.
