We are seeking a self - motivated person to provide additional technical assistance to our lecturing staff. You will also take responsibility in supervising work experience placements, volunteers and students. As an instructor you will be demonstrating and providing practical instruction in Equine Studies to students following a variety of modes of study. There is a requirement to stay onsite overnight on a rotational basis.

You will need a full Level 3 or above equine qualification. You will also need to have, or be willing to work towards, literacy and numeracy skills at Level 2 or equivalent. The ability to communicate effectively is an essential pre-requisite for this role along with at least one year’s relevant practical experience within the Equine industry.

As well as a contributory pension scheme, health cash plan, salary sacrifice scheme and free car parking, the post also attracts 25 days’ holiday per year, pro rata. The successful candidate will also receive regular equine training and have the opportunity to take further qualifications.

Candidates will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) and to provide proof of their right to work in the UK.
