JOB ROLE: Maintenance Coordinator
JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm Opportunity
HOURS: 37.5hpw
SALARY: £11-£12phr
LOCATION: Gravesend

About the role:
* You will be responsibly for scheduling reactive maintenance requests allocated to Engineers by region
* Customer service is key as you will be taking calls from customers reporting the fault and allocating the appropriate SLA response time
* You will use a job allocation system to log and track live jobs
About you:
* You have a real flair for customer service and are able to make people feel at ease in tense situations
* You enjoy working as a team to help your colleague meet their own targets
* You are proficient in using MS Office and have ideally had exposure to a CRM too
