Admin Assistant (CONSTRUCTION AND HOMES)
Location: Orpington, Kent
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000

Are you an experience administrator with experience in the residential or construction industry? Are you looking for a new permanent position? Then please do read on!
The Admin Assistant will be allocated works from both Homes and Construction Divisions. They will be an essential part of the delivery team with a focus on strong communication with the site as the main point of contact. The role will include coordinating all paperwork to ensure that each Project Manager has the correct support to have success in their projects. You will provide help as and when required in the office with a strong commitment to the division; making sure that each aspect of projects has the correct paperwork in order.
Construction Administrator's duties:
* Management of the diary for the Construction division (Outlook)
* Liaising with mechanical and electrical divisions to allocate works and update diary
* Liaising with multi-trades
* Scheduling works and assisting with the production of RAMS
* Assisting CM/SM with any admin requirements including sub contract/temps/works orders,
* Assisting with Coordination of site requirements (skips, tool hire, parking congestion etc)
* Ad hoc duties such as General filing, Archiving office and site files, covering admin team for holidays, updating contact cards,
Homes Administrator's duties:
* Complete the invoicing for all works completed
* Be the first point of contact for all services required for new builds homes
* Liaising with tenants, client, sub-contractors, operatives and management
* Updating the internal system and processing systems as/when required
* Assisting Health & Safety manager
* Support Contracts Manager and Site Managers with any admin requirements including sub contract/temps/works orders
* Assist with the Coordination of site requirements (skips, tool hire, parking congestion etc)
* Liaising with local tenants to the development, client, sub-contractors, operatives and management
* Issuing O&M Manuals on completion of works
* Ad hoc duties same as above
