I am looking for someone who has strong call handling skills, excellent administration skills and excellent verbal written and verbal communication skills to be able to work well under pressure and manage work loads.
The role:
Uploading claims and claim forms
Dealing with general enquiries
Keeping customers informed of their claim progress
Taking new claim calls and requests
Taking inbound calls
Outbound calls to support claims
Extras:
- 36.5 hours a week
- Flexi time
