My client, a popular local main dealer is looking for an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their team. Great dealer group, who provides an excellent working environment, career progression and competitive package! A very high basic salary with uncapped commission and a company car.

Key Responsibilities:

To achieve both new and used vehicle sales targets along with secondary accessory and financial services targets
Confidently build rapport with customers to identify and establish their needs, and proactive promote suitable vehicle features and benefits
Provide the highest levels of customer service - understanding the importance of repeat business
To sell and promote the sale of all new and used vehicles in line with all aspects of dealership and manufacturer standards

Key Requirements:

Experience working within a defined sales process within a main dealership (desirable)
A full clean UK driving licence
You must have a minimum of 2 years car sales experience, ideally at main dealer level
You must have a stable career history
