Basic Salary: £18,000 (+ car allowance)

On Target Earnings: £25,000

Location: Rochester

Work Pattern: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends for events/open days)

Hours: 8.30 – 18.00

Arun Estates, known locally as Wards has a very successful and expanding Land & New Homes division. We are recruiting for someone to join our Shared Ownership team to help (usually) first time buyers get their first step on the career ladder. Covering the Kent area this is a front-line customer facing role on behalf of our Shared Ownership/Housing Association schemes.

Duties will include:

•Dealing with initial inquiries from customers, helping them on to the property ladder
•Explaining details of the Shared ownership schemes together with requirements and eligibilities
•Accompanying viewings and open day events at varying new homes sites across the two counties
•Conducting handovers to customers on move in days

We need you to be:

•Flexible, a car driver with your own vehicle
