The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for a vast number of Refuse Loaders/Drivers Mates to begin working in the Tonbridge, Kent area.

Daily duties will include:

- Loading & unloading vehicles
- Interacting with members of the public
- Assisting the driver with routes and collections
- Working within a 3-5 man team
- Working outside all day
- Updating route plans upon completion
- Ensuring health & safety rules are met at all times
- Liaising with both supervisors and managers to ensure all routes are completed

All candidates will be considered for the job immediately. You will need to be physically fit, comfortable with working outside and reliable.

You will be expected to commit to 4 days out of 5 per week between Monday to Friday. Weekends are optional and will be paid at an enhanced overtime rate. You will also need to be available to work 10 hour shifts.

This opportunity will be an ongoing role, leading to a permanent position after a successful 12 week trial period. You will have consistent work on offer and will always have the option to work overtime.

In return, you will receive:

- £8.14 - £8.60 per hour (dependent on age & experience)
- 28 days holiday per annum

- Option to work overtime (increased pay for Saturday and & Sunday)
