mhs homes has over 700 units in our development pipeline. We are looking for a hardworking, creative and customer focused individual to work with our successful Development and Sales team to provide an efficient aftercare and defects resolution service for our customers.
Must Haves:
- Experience of aftercare and defects
- Excellent customer care and complaints handling
- Ability creatively to resolve issues
- Ability to prioritise and work on own
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Experience of dealing with contractors in a professional capacity
- Able to drive and access to a car as you’ll be doing site visits
Additionally, it would be useful to have:
- An understanding of the construction process
- Experience in the building industry
- Ability to read plans
