Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk?
Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Sandwich, are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis for a salary of £20,000 per annum.
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you willâ¦
* Registering supplier invoices on the system
* Matching supplier invoices with goods received documentation and posting on the system
* Managing supplier payments on due dates including setting up the payment on
on-line banking and posting to supplier ledger
* Reconciling with supplier statements
* Maintaining bank direct debit schedule
* Managing other daily tasks such as processing sales invoices from the system
* Processing monthly bank statements
* Preparing a daily bank balances report for management
* Ad hoc reports for the Management Accountant
