The Company
A regional contractor that specialise in social housing schemes up to 60-70 units per site. The teams are smaller on site and you will get to work in a less pressurised environment that working for one of the big house builders.
The Project
A new £6 million+ design & build social housing residential scheme made up of houses and apartments.
The Role
As on of the Labourers on the project you will be responsible for:
* Working under the supervision and management of the Assistant Site Manager.
* Unloading deliveries that come in to site.
* Assisting with traffic management.
* Clearing site to ensure it is a clean and safe environment to work in.
* Movement of building materials.
* Ensuring heras fencing and barrier protection is secure.
Please note there is no welfare responsibilities involved in this role.
About You
* You will need a current and valid CSCS card.
* Some previous experience is preferred but not essential.
* Can do attitude (the site team are nice and really look after people that want to work for their money).
* A car is always an advantage in the Edenbridge area.

* £9.12 ph pay rate non negotiable (PAYE or Umbrella)
