Our client, a successful builders distributor based in Northfleet are seeking a driven and organised Warehouse Supervisor who is keen to expand and develop their skills and career!

Key Responsibilities:-

- Producing weekly/monthly KPI reports
- Liaison with clients and customers to ensure high customer service is always provided
- Supervising operational staff
- Supervision of goods in/good out/dispatch/order fulfillment and returns
- Carrying out stocktakes/keeping stock control up to date
- Organising and arranging carriers and couriers/booking delivery requirements
- Taking the most cost-effective route by making independent decisions

Skills and Experience:-

- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Health and Safety in a warehouse
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of warehouse management
- FLT Licence

Benefits:-

- A competitive salary of up to £30,000 (depending on skills and experience)

The hours are a weekly rotating shift pattern including two patterns of 5am to 3pm and 12pm to 10pm.
