This role entails order inputting onto an inhouse system, tracking delivery dates and contacting both customers and suppliers for information.
As part of the central sales support team, the Sales Support Coordinator role will focus on assisting in the quote process as well as regular interaction with all sales and customer experience channels to ensure the smooth delivery of key customer orders.
Experience in administration, organisational skills, attention to detail, order inputting and making phone calls are all essential parts of this role.
Key Duties
* Processing large sales orders onto our system;
* Contacting suppliers to ascertain or chase deliveries of products that typically go directly to our customers;
* Supporting all sales channels with large orders or those requiring customers/supplier contact or interaction;
* Monitoring the stock levels of certain products;
* Interaction with the procurement team, who own the supplier relationships, to keep them abreast of stock issues;
* Closely working with the Customer Experience team and warehouse team for order processing, customer projects and specific delivery requirements;
* Involvement at the early stages of quotes for specific customer groups or large/complex projects;
* Coordinating the fulfilment of orders (ensuring orders processed, delivery dates agreed, customer informed and job completed);
* Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates as required.
This is a temp to perm assignment starting at £8.83/hr.
Monday to Friday day shifts.
Parking on site.
