We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a well-established organisation based in Margate, Kent. Working as part of the Group Finance team of 11 you will be reporting to the Group Financial Accountant and working closely with the Group Financial Controller.
Key responsibilities;
• Daily bank balance reporting
• Banking of all cheques including clubs and internet/corgi direct
• Manual cheque payments
• All direct payments and BACs runs including all foreign currency payments
• All bank reconciliations
• Working with Credit Control to load all receipts onto the sales ledger
• Posting manual cheque payments etc and adhoc receipts onto the system
• Weekly Account transfers
• Prepare weekly numbers to be incorporated into forecasting
