The Student Accommodation service is looking to recruit an Accommodation Administrator to assist in the delivery of an excellent student experience in the University accommodation sites. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused person to join our team.

This role will be responsible for:
- Excellent customer service; supporting students, staff and other key stakeholders in all areas of university student accommodation
- Being the first point of contact in terms of answering inquiries on all aspects of accommodation related issues, as well as undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks
- Student communications; working closely with the Accommodation officers; fault reporting, accommodation management and liaison. There may also be the need to cover Residences.

The ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Housing experience, including dealing with landlords & contractors
- A high standard of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and databases
- Ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities and work on your own initiative in line with priorities and workloads
- Awareness of health and safety
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and remain calm.
- Experience of working within higher education in a similar role would be advantageous

This role is suitable for job share.
