An exciting new opportunity for our busy client in North Kent has a new opening for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a self motivated individual looking for a new challenge within a hardworking team of enthusiastic professionals, who offer a caring, supportive and inclusive environment.

Duties include:

* Providing a high level of customer service and technical support consistently
* Managing customer queries via phone, email and fax
* Keeping good relations with internal teams (Sales, returns, marketing, operations & finance)
* Accurate data input of orders on SAGE CRM system
* Developing high levels of product knowledge so you can be efficient in answering questions
* Managing your own workload ensuring all administrative duties are organised and completed
* Effectively managing customer complaints ensuring all are resolved in the most timely, cost effective and appropriate manner
* Processing of customer returns and credits adhering to the customers payment terms
* Order placing and data input for the companies retailers

The successful candidate will have/be;

* A genuine passion for customer service
* An ability to focus on solutions rather than problems
* Self motivated & adaptable in learning new skills
* Strong MS Office skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* An enthusiastic, positive & proactive individual who can work well under pressure
* An ability to understand technical drawings and instructions will be of benefit
