Huntress are currently searching for an Administrator to join our client based in Maidstone.
£17,420 pa - working Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Duties will include:
* Entering confidential information to databases with accuracy
* Managing notes & records
* Typing letters & carrying out all ad hoc administration work
* Dealing with telephone enquiries/ booking appointments
* To provide administrative services for all staff, including copy typing, word processing, report typing, report filing, maintaining the report files.
* To enter technical data emanating from the work of clinical technologists onto the computerised equipment management system.
* Be responsible for ordering all office equipment and stationery while maintaining an effective stock control system.
Preferred Skills
* Previous experience within a administration environment
* Experience of working independently without one on one supervision
* Excellent attention to detail
Personal Attributes
* Excellent communication skills
* A highly resilient but compassionate attitude, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment
