We are proud to be working with a fast growing, business leading distribution sector client based within Swale who are currently managing significant change within the business from their continued growth both UK and Europe.
They are seeking support from an experienced HR administrator to take on a Fixed Term Contract and support in the implementation of a new HRIS package to aid this growth and consolidate the information into the correct format.
The successful person will have proven experience in implementing systems and updating procedures within a HR framework, and be confident to work through any issues to suitable conclusion.
Knowledge of GDPR protocols and a variety of HRIS systems would be preferred - helpful to include Sharepoint, Dynamix or similar.
Prior experience of any project work within a HR sector role would also be of advantage, along with ability to communicate the current status of the project to all levels within the business.
