East Kent Housing's Compliance & Servicing Team is growing! Our team works across all areas of statutory compliance - electrical safety, mechanical (including gas) safety, water safety, playgrounds, fire safety, asbestos and radon. We now have a number of permanent opportunities to join our team.
We have two vacancies: Compliance Manager for Electrical Safety and Compliance Manager for Radon. In this role you will manage and monitor service provider performance (contractors and consultants), report findings and update systems to ensure that EKH fulfils our contractual and statutory obligations by delivering compliance and servicing programmes to the required cost, quality and time parameters. Applicants for the Electrical Safety vacancy will have extensive knowledge of legislative requirements and contract management to ensure that EKH achieves 100% compliance across landlord obligations for electrical safety. Applicants for the Radon vacancy will have a thorough understanding of landlord radon-related obligations, remedial measures and servicing requirements. Knowledge of landlord compliance for playgrounds and associated equipment will also be beneficial.
