East Kent Housing's Compliance & Servicing Team is growing! Our team works across all areas of statutory compliance - electrical safety, mechanical (including gas) safety, water safety, playgrounds, fire safety, asbestos and radon. We now have a number of permanent opportunities to join our team.
As Clerk of Works (Mechanical Inspector), you will be responsible for confirming that all mechanical equipment under EKH's management is maintained in line with the relevant statutory regulations and standards, in order for all of our residents' homes to be safe and efficient. You will identify and manage risks associated with gas and mechanical services, and provide technical advice and information to other teams. You will also update and maintain records of data with the highest levels of accuracy.
