We are recruiting for a full time Payroll Administrator to join our friendly team in our Maidstone based office on an FTC Maternity cover basis.
Scope is a temporary recruitment agency where the payroll team are an integral part of the business. We are looking for an individual that can hit the ground running and offer support to the team whilst a longstanding member of staff is on Maternity leave. Due to the nature of the business, an Eastern European language ability would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Inputting of timesheets, ensuring complete accuracy
- Investigating queries from employees, site coordinators, colleagues and clients
- Analysis and reporting of data
- Experience in a payroll role
- Knowledge of payroll regulations in accordance with HMRC
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good Excel ability and all-round computer use
- Good phone manner
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Problem solving skills
Located in Maidstone town centre – working hours 9.00am – 5.30pm.
