DESCRIPTION

The 4 star Leaf Hotel Dover requires Food & Beverage Staff to serve our customers in the Olive Tree Restaurant, the Octagon Lounge Bar, Costa Coffee Lounge, the Grand Marquee, and the 2 function rooms for meetings weddings and private functions

The hotel has developed a strong corporate and leisure business trade for the restaurant, bar, coffee shop and function rooms and the hotel is continuing to gain a great name for weddings and events with the new larger Grand Marquee which can seat up to 400 guests.

As member of the Food and Beverage team you will play a key role in delivering a high level of service to our customers

We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience preferably within a quality food & beverage operation. The idea applicant will have good communications skills, good presentation and be able to work shifts scheduled across a 7 day a week rota.
