A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a challenging interim role based in Mid-Kent.
My client, a market leader in their field are looking for a tenacious Accounts Assistant to join them for 6 months. Due to the nature of the industry, the role requires someone who has experience working within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
* High-volume invoice processing
* Matching invoices to PO numbers and updating system
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Respond and resolve supplier queries
* Prepare for weekly payment runs
* Set up new suppliers/ new starters on the system
* Identify process improvements.
In return you will gain valuable experience within the ambitious Finance team of a well respected and forward-thinking company.
