Prominent and multi-site independently owned firm based near Dover is currently looking to recruit an experienced semi-senior accountant to accommodate a period of sustained growth.
The firm service a broad remit of clients across the county and these range from sole-traders to medium sized owner managed businesses. The new incumbent will join an experienced and close-knit team of like-minded professionals.
Duties to include but is not limited to:-
• Preparation of statutory year-end accounts; to include sole-traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Some management accounts preparation, and bookkeeping duties dependent on clients requirements
• Member of the auditing team attending various stakeholder and full company audits
• Plenty of client interaction
This role might well suit someone based in the East-Kent area, and having learned the fundamentals in their 1st Practice role is now perhaps looking to build upon their skill base in a role that offers increased responsibility, and autonomy.
