We have a vacancy for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant to work as part of our busy Delivery Service Team based at Speedgate Farm, Fawkham, Kent.
Applicants should have:
- A full clean UK driving licence which entitles you to drive up to a 3.5 ton delivery van
- Experience as a delivery driver, ideally in the equestrian or farm/animal feeds sector
- A flexible approach to work as this position will involve driving company vehicles and delivering to customers’ premises, working in the warehouse, organising stock deliveries and picking customers’ orders
- The ability to check delivery notes/orders accurately
- Good customer service & interpersonal skills, with an enthusiastic approach to work
- Applicants must also be physically fit as this job involves a lot of manual handling
The job is:
- A full-time role
- Based on 5 days 42.5 hours a week which will include a weekend day
