An exciting opportunity to join a corporate legal team, working with both the legal team on site and global business units t support the needs of the law department.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing legal support and assistant to the in-house legal team - supporting business operations across Europe;
* Undertake legal research with a focus on commercial law;
* Review and draft commercial contract;
* Assist with developing templates and precedents for the legal team;
* Providing project support for areas such as legal training and presentations.
You be degree qualified in law or equivalent and preferably have completed the Legal Practice Course or equivalent. A qualified Lawyer or Legal Executive may suit the role.
If you possess a minimum of 2 years' experience from within an in-house or private practice legal team and your knowledge ideally encompasses employment law, intellectual property, commercial litigation or regulatory and compliance work the please call to discuss further with Jo Stevens - 01795 416600.
