We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner, for our client based in Maidstone on a permanent basis.

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary up to £42,000 working hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

You will provide a strategic HR focus supporting the business to meet its commercial objectives.

The role key responsibilities;

* Building strong relationships with senior managers
* Work along side the HR Business Partner team helping to create a reputation of excellence across the business
* Work with other HR departments to ensure appropriate links and collaboration providing a complete service to managers and employees.
* Developing strategies and time bound plans which influence the achievement of a high performing engaged workforce

The ideal candidate will;

* Fully CIPD qualified or with significant HR experience to work with managers to develop appropriate HR interventions to support business needs.
* Understanding and practical experience of a wide range of HR functions
* Have a proven track record of providing HR solutions in fast paced multi-site organisation
* Excellent communication, proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
