We are currently seeking a 2 x Factory Operatives (Process Operator) to work on a contract direct with the Hirer (Dartford Crossways Business Park) – the initial contract offers an immediate start until 10/12/19.
IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE following successful interview.
This position is working on a rotating shift pattern:
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm
Friday 2pm to 8.30pm
Salary paid monthly (37.5 hours per week)
£18,500 pa + £3,237.50 shift allowance = £21,737.50 pro rata + benefits
Suitable candidates will have experience of working within a manufacturing / processing company – food, pharma, paint etc
Duties are to assist the skilled Process Operators – bringing raw materials to processing areas, washing bins/buckets ready for next run, completing paperwork, general housekeeping of processing area.
Suitable candidates are required to have a good level of English and Maths – being able to pass basic literacy and numeracy tests at interview.
Due to the Client’s location and shift times, candidates must have their own transport or live near the Crossways Business Park.
