IPS International Ltd has a vacancy for a Business Skills Trainer
We are looking for a full-time trainer/assessor to work with our existing dynamic team of trainers and assessors. You must hold a relevant assessor’s qualification and be prepared to travel across the South East and into London to visit learners in the workplace.
IPS international is a leading provider of Business Skills related Apprenticeships, including Administration, Customer Service, IT, Sales, Recruitment, Accounting and Management and delivers work-based learning with fully equipped training centres in Medway and Dover.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Occupationally competent to be able to assess learners to a Level 5 in Management and have experience within the delivery of Level 3 Business Admin, Customer Service, IT and Functional Skills level 2. (Delivery of the new apprenticeship standards would also be an advantage but not essential)
• Well-motivated and able to work alone and as part of the team. You will be organised and able to plan your time effectively
• Be willing to embrace changes within the industry as part of a team and move forward into the new approaches to training
• Flexible, as there could be some out of hours work necessary.
• A car owner / driver

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 will be negotiated on experience but a fully qualified trainer holding AET & TAQA/CAVA etc. delivering all aspects above including standards can expect the higher rate.
