The Vacancy:
We are looking for a full-time trainer/assessor to work with our existing dynamic team of trainers and assessors. You must hold a relevant assessor’s qualification and be prepared to travel across the South East and into London to visit learners in the workplace and embrace the new technology surrounding remote delivery of learning.

IPS international is a leading provider of Business Skills related Apprenticeships, including Management, Team Leading, Business Administration, Customer Service, IT, Recruitment and Sales/Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be:
⦁ Occupationally competent to within a majority of the areas mentioned above and be able to also assess in other areas delivering Functional Skills within English, mathematics and in some cases IT to a level 2. (Delivery of the new apprenticeship standards would be an advantage)
⦁ Have the ability and confidence to deliver training to a large volume of students both classroom and virtual based.
⦁ Well-motivated and able to work alone and as part of the team. You will be organised and able to plan your time effectively
⦁ Be willing to embrace changes within the industry as part of a team and move forward into the new approaches to training
⦁ Flexible, as there could be some out of hours work necessary.
⦁ A car owner / driver

Salary: Will be negotiated on experience but a fully qualified trainer holding AET & TAQA/CAVA etc. delivering all aspects above including standards can expect a higher rate of up to £25,000.
