IKONIX Telecoms is a leading provider of Cloud Telephony in the UK and we require another team member to assist our field engineers in administration, remote fault finding, problem solving and general low level tech issues. The ideal candidate will have experience of CAT5 Networks, Broadband routers (setting up and diagnosing issues / opening ports), IP addresses and connecting via remote access to PC's via Team viewer. A good telephone manner is required with the ability to keep calm, relate to customers and clearly explain steps to resolve issues.
The candidate will also learn on the job skills from the field engineer, learning to install Cloud Telephony, CAT5, Broadband Connectivity.
Own transport to get to the office is essential as well as a good sense of humour!
We are looking for an immediate start - so don't hesitate to apply
