Insurance Recoveries Administrator
Barker Munro recruitment are working with a global player in the Travel Insurance market who are currently looking to recruit an insurance recoveries administrator in their busy audit team.
The company has been established for over 20 years and is now one of the largest travel insurers in the UK. The company has grown rapidly over recent years and based from their headquarters in one of Kent's most prestigious postcodes, the role will involve you handing claims costs. The recoveries aren’t debts or loans, but are about seeking to share Claims costs with organisations such as other insurance companies where dual insurance policies are in place.
It is a varied role with a combination of Administration, managing spreadsheets, making telephone calls with other insurance companies and the customers and there will also be a certain amount of reviewing claims files for recovery leads e.g. From Airlines, dual insurances and third parties.
It's a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your customer service skills alongside your ability to track and trace costs using excel spreadsheets.
A highly varied role where organisational, interpersonal and good communication skills are essential.
