Metal Fabricator/ Production Operative
Maidstone
£Competitive DOE
44 Hours per week (limited overtime potentially available)
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.30pm
Friday - 8pm - 4.30pm
My client is an innovative marketing leading manufacturing business who is at an exciting point of expansion. They are looking to add a Fabricator to their Maidstone workshop and are ready to take a new recruit on immediately.
You will ideally have previous experience as an aluminium fabricator, although hardworking, reliable and positive Production Operators will also be considered.
Duties include:
* Reading technical drawings and manufacturing products based on your understanding
* Assembling aluminium profiles with accurate precision
* Working with bespoke variations, ensuring accuracy
* Careful packaging of products following completion
The right candidate will have/be:
* Experience working in a factory environment
* The ability to use hand tools with competence
* Previous experience using industrial saws
* The understanding of technical drawings
* A keen attitude to learn and develop
* A meticulous attention to detail
* A positive attitude and a good sense of humour!
By taking on this Fabricator role you will be joining an internationally established manufacturing company who are continuously expanding, giving plenty of progression opportunities.
