About the role:

The main responsibility of this role is to lead the SEO, PPC and CRO team in developing, implementing, challenging and embedding conversion rate strategies across our portfolio of websites. The conversion rate optimisation manager will collaborate across varying functions within the OSB group including Product Management, Sales, Communication and Customer Insights to deliver a Data Driven Decision Management (DDDM) approach.



As the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager, main duties include:

* Establishing a cohesive conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing strategy for all key strategic brands
* Identifying problems and opportunities with the conversion rate of our websites through quantitative and qualitative research
* Prioritising insights and testing strategy which help products achieve their goals and delivers ROI
* Working towards introducing personalisation on our websites, in accordance with the Insights and Communications teams' strategies
* Line managing and coach all direct reports.
