The Trucks Parts Sales Division of The Haynes Group is looking for a:
Mobile Parts Sales Representative
Based at our Ashford site.
We are looking to recruit a Mobile Parts Sales Advisor with excellent communication skills which make you ‘stand out from the crowd’! The right candidate will be numerate and literate with a prompt, courteous professional manner and excellent IT skills. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for going out on the road establishing customer relations, selling and processing of parts orders, ensuring all parts requests are managed effectively. Motor trade experience not necessary but a sound background demonstrating business to business experience required.
Monday – Friday no Saturdays.
Role Purpose:
Maintain a high standard in customer care.
Achieve sales figures by delivering a high level of service to customers.
Maintain comprehensive, detailed and timely records.
Exemplify Haynes Purpose, Principles and Ambition.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets by providing a first class service to customers.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve parts efficiencies whilst building effective and profitable relationships with customers.
Ensure communication on order status is maintained at all times.
Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are up to date.
Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Person Specification:
You will be a confident person showing sound interpersonal skills. Able to self-manage and maintain stock with a positive customer focussed attitude. Good all-round communication skills are essential with the ability to build strong commercial relationships.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Good Maths and English qualifications.
Good knowledge of IT, in particular Microsoft Office.
Experience in sales in a commercial environment
Experience in customer management and development.
