An exciting opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join a busy and successful business, based in Folkestone. This is a temporary assignment working within various departments across the business. Join very friendly teams and help support with incoming calls, carry out relevant administrative duties, maintain records, large amounts of data entry and much more.
Please note – Each day you will be working within a different department and therefore your duties within the role will change accordingly.
Hours – Monday to Friday.
Monday – 9am-1pm
Tues to Friday – 9am–5pm
Salary - £9.00 per hour, paid weekly.
The successful Administrator will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong IT skills – Word, Excel etc
• Strong typing skills
• Stock reconciliation
• Liaise with various other departments such as Finance, Development Team, Research Team
• Maintaining existing and new records
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience with transcribing would be advantageous
• Performing ad-hoc duties where necessary
This is a lovely opportunity for someone looking for a very varied Administrative role where 2 days will not be the same. Flexibility in the role is key to the success of the position.
