Gerrard White is currently looking for a Service Desk Delivery Manager for a leading insurance group responsible for the operational management of the 3rd party service desk supplier relationships.
This role will focus on the management of the relationship between the outsourced supplier and the internal stakeholders ensuring collaborative relationships between internal Technology Services and the third part supplier.
This will include cost management, risk management, service management, governance, service reporting, change and request management as well as bring the face of the service desk within the business.
The role will focus on performance managing the outcome rather than the day to day management of the service desk and would suit someone within a Service Management, Service Transition Management role who has the ability to focus on SLA and supplier management as well as processes rather than the mechanics of the service desk.
Applications are welcomed from any sector including financial, banking, insurance, legal, retail etc. but must of a similar enterprise scale with large user base and budget management.
The role will be based in Bromley which is easily commutable from London Victoria, Croydon, Surrey and Kent. Applications are also welcomed from anyone who is happy to be based in the Bromley area during the week returning home at the weekend.
