We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for an ever expanding and innovative company who are looking for enthusiastic people, within their offices based in Kings Hill working shift patterns which may vary slightly.
Duties may include;
* Answering customer queries through telephone and email
* Guiding the customer through the process to establish their needs
* Working within the customer service team, efficiently and effectivley
As an ideal candidate you will:
* Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment would be an advantage.
* Be a team player, willing to develop your skills
* Fantastic customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
