JOB ROLE: Customer Service Adviser
JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm - ASAP start
HOURS: 8am - 4pm (35hr pw)
SALARY: £12phr
LOCATION: Dartford

About your new role:
* Building rapport with customers is hugely important as you will be welcoming and speaking with prospective customers to establish their requirements
* You will be advising and consulting on product range specifications, anticipated delivery dates and cost
* Consistency is key as part of your role will be to keep in contact with previous and potential customers by phone and email to encourage repeat business and convert previous enquiries into sales
About you:
* You are passionate in delivering a first class service directly to customers
* You have used CRM and/or appointment booking systems in a previous role
* You are well presented in keeping with a luxury brand and product line
