We are currently seeking an immediately available Admin temp for a successful client in Kings Hill.
This position will be for est 1-2 weeks, responsible for;
* Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
* Helping organise and maintain the office
* Managing/indexing filing system
* Recording information as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Proficient in MS Office/Excel
