Service Desk Analyst
I am working with a company who are looking for someone with Active Directory and Windows OS skills to work as part of a team dealing with around 250 call per week from users. Users range from Junior staff to the company CEO and Senior Stakeholders so you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The role is predominately a service desk role, 90% of the time will be desk based but the company offer full training and development as well as career progression.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience working within a SDA capacity
* Experience with Active Directory - setting password etc
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems, ideally some Windows Server
* Any knowledge of CRM/ERP systems would be a real advantage but not essential
* Knowledge of MS Office.
