Assistant Travel Branch Manager

Do you have previous travel agency experience? Previous experience managing a small team? Pearson Whiffin have the perfect role for you!
We are currently working with a client within the travel industry who are looking for an assistant manager to help the general manager run a small branch of 6 consultants.
Duties
* Assisting the Branch Manager in appraisals and people management duties
* Managing cash transactions and assisting within safe checks
* Assist with the training and developing of staff members
* Take part in fam trips abroad for training
* Ensure that the office has covered all specialist areas that are required by directors
* Make good contributions to branch sales figures and targets
* Set KPI's for the team
* Work 3 in 4 weekends
The perfect candidate will have
* Previous experience managing small teams
* Previous experience within the travel industry
* Previous experience setting KPI's for team members
* Minimum 5GCSE's
* Have a full UK Driving license
