To play a key role in the growth of an ambitious organisation that supports Recruitment agencies and allows them to grow. Joining the operations team and working closely with the head of operations and our clients, you will have the opportunity to become an integral part of the team and impact and affect the growth strategy.

Main tasks

Being a point of contact for specific clients: Answering incoming calls as well as email messages, queries etc and resolve any issues.

Manage the correspondence between Operations and their clients

Maintaining department records, including spreadsheets and our online client portal that track all client, agencies and contractor activity

Onboarding contractors, agencies and clients to our service

Speaking to potential clients, introducing and explaining the service, setting appointments with prospects and clients

Proactive communication with clients

Willingness to provide advice and support to other staff and general Sales office duties

Target research on key customers and market segments. Eg Research that supports the team, such as performing Internet searches for potential clients and gathering information that could be useful to the sales team when pitching a product or service

Be instrumental in providing new ideas around sourcing potential leads

Build prospect lists and assist in development of the sales pipeline, identifying new sales leads

Qualifications and Skills

Recruitment experience preferable

Excellent customer care skills and experience

Excellent time management

Good numeracy and IT skills, particularly spreadsheets and databases

The ability to plan and organise work schedules, prioritise and delegate when needed

A calm, level-headed approach ensuring accuracy even under pressure
