Clark James are a leading Insurance Recruitment Specialist who have gained an excellent new opportunity working with one of the UK’s largest motor insurance organisations. This company has just created a new vacancy, as a New Claims Handler to complement their already very highly successful Claims Handler team.
Main Duties:
• You will be the first point of contact for our policyholder who has suffered a loss following an incident involving their car.
• You must be able to obtain the relevant details from them and record this information giving the customer excellent advice and assistance.
• You will be assessing liability from the circumstances of the incident.
This role would suit someone with a little experience of either claims, motor insurance, working within a call centre or a customer service environment-based role.
