Childrensalon is growing rapidly and we are looking for a ERP Systems Support Analyst to work as a part of the Systems & Data team at Childrensalon in our busy Tunbridge Wells Head Office. You will provide daily applications support to all users of the Childrensalon ERP and stock systems, ensuring issues are documented, communicated to developers where required, and resolved. You will help with the design, testing and implementation of new ERP development and upgrades to the stock and ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all stock system related issues.
- Investigate and help users to resolve stock related issues arising in any of the ERP processes.
- Work closely with the Applications Manager and Senior Systems Analyst to help specify and test new functionality.
- Help with the deployment of new releases, including producing documentation.
- Help develop ETL’s to support the data team with mass manipulation of data when required.
- Understand underlying configuration of the Back Office Stock System and amend the User Interface for temporary fixes.
- Manage dashboards and assist with developments in ERP processes.
- Work alongside our front-end systems team.
- Take responsibility for support tasks – replicating issues, communicating details to the developers effectively and ensuring resolution.
Skills needed:
- Ability to work well under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly, clearly and logically.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and take initiative to progress their knowledge.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both users and technical staff.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (understanding of macros an advantage).
- Experience in working with ERP or back office systems.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail.
