IT Service Desk Analyst

Salary to £32k DOE

We are currently recruiting an IT Service Desk Analyst for an established company based in the Swanley area

You will be responsible for providing efficient predominantly 2nd support to all business users. The role is responsible for fielding the initial engagement from all colleagues and logging any IT-related faults and trying to resolve these quickly and efficiently in-line with SLAs, this role will be taking ownership of the ticket and delivering excellent customer services, requests from the business can be wide-ranging so having a broad IT knowledge is key.

Responsibilities include;

* Providing effective IT service skills across all areas of the business both onsite and remotely
* Ensuring that all incidents are closed within SLA's
* Providing desktop support and 2nd line level
* Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops/Box
* Setting up and configuring new starters and leavers
* Installing authorised software to laptops and desktops
* Troubleshooting desktop and system problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software

Experience required;

* Active Directory, DNS, Exchange,
* ITIL
* Microsoft qualification
